well, i haven't written a new journal in forever, so i will do so now! ..seems to happen that way a lot huh? xD
i caught up with my deviations thanks to the super awesome school internet, and the fact that i don't have to go to my french classes on wednesday xDD
and.. i still haven't added my new deviations, well whatever... i will EVENTUALLY
school is going pretty good
i LOVE school in germany.. you don't have the same classes everyday so you mustn't worry about doing homework every single night, and.. and.. there are breaks after every single lesson *in love* and well.. it's basically perfect
except for the fact on thursday i have school from 7:50 to 3:30.. i actually wouldn't even mind really if it weren't for the fact that my last 2 classes are art (i LOATHE (is there an e at the end?) art class.. i know kind of funny right? considering i'm a DA member.. i love art, but art CLASS that's a completely different story..)
i've changed my opinion on public transportation.. it's not SO bad once you get used to it, though i'd still prefer walking if i can
i started a language course a while back, and it's pretty cool xD it's funny i'm kind of like the puppy dog of the class.. everyone is all old and stuff so i lighten the atmosphere with my teenage antics lool.. except one time i was doing an example on the board and kept adding smiley faces and exclamation marks and i think.. the teacher wanted to eat my face O.o
and this one particular time it was pretty funny, we were doing a roleplay thing? for stores.. i was the shopkeeper and this guy was the costumer, but he kept forgetting the part where he paid.. and i was like KEIN GELD, KEIN ESSEN >:A (not actually sure if it's right, but i MEANT no money, no food!)and we all had a good laugh? xD but my german is extremely slowly getting better
i've kind of kicked it into high gear lately, and now i only speak german, kein englisch mehr xD so.. it's getting better a BIT faster than it was before
i still want to photograph hamburg, but carrying around my big giant camera is just not fun D: and.. i refuse to try taking beautiful building pictures with my dumb digital camera, only my good (unfortunately bulky) camera will suffice for such things..
christmas has just happened MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! by the way.. it's sweet here in germany you open presents on christmas eve and i got looots of clothes and NEW RIDING BOOTS
i was surprisingly insanely homesick though? didn't think it'd be possible to be so homesick, i guess it makes sense cuz' it was christmas.. just wasn't expecting it is all.. it passed though and i'm still loving germany
OOH OOH AND DID I MENTION I GET AN EXTRA 2 MONTHS! sweet deal right?! yeah.. the date on the ticket was wrong? it's confusing.. but i don't have to leave until the last day of school which is july 18th.. i'm excited because now i can go on the end of the year class trip
winter break is extremely boring >_< for me.. i wish someone could hang out..
oh and for new years we're going to sylt! and we will go swimming in the ocean, it's gonna' be.. SO COLD
there is a wave pool, i think? i wasn't completely sure what my host mommy was getting at (me and my bad german) but that's what i think she said..
AND MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTION! IS... to be mildly fluent in german by the end of break
oh and i JUST remembered.. i have a crap load of homework O.o
a giant book report for my grade 12 english and a huge art project i've been ignoring for about 2 months i'll doo it soon.. possibly-
well anyways.. i guess this was all just mostly ramblings about my life.. nothing about my DA which has remained unactive for the most part
i won't even bother saying NEW PICTURES SOON this time, because i've been saying it for.. almost a year now O.o
